This showcase demonstrates how retailers compile product ranges in Microsoft Dynamics 365 with only a few clicks. Your franchises, call center and web shop can be controlled and administered centrally in the ERP system so that new product information or sales campaigns can be displayed across channels without any media disruptions. In addition, implexis‘ solution facilitates the simultaneous transmission of data to the cash register software. With the click of a button, demand can be assessed, order proposals for the central warehouse and the franchises can be made, and back-office activities such as managing product master data can be carried out quickly and easily.
In this showcase, implexis walks you through the benefits of seamless integration into your ERP system and the analytics section. Every online order triggers feedback to your ERP system and real-time dashboard. Experience a cross-channel shopping process where customers can switch between desktop and smartphone and use the Click&Collect option for convenient delivery to the store.
The third showcase explains optimal ways for retailers to analyze information including customer data, economic developments and sales figures. The process shown is based on the data of a retailer who operates 500 stores. The data is displayed in a real-time dashboard using steam analytics and is updated in real time through Power BI. This data is the key to improving customers‘ experiences. Decision-makers who need to have the latest numbers on hand first thing in the morning can access breakfast figures – analyses, ad hoc reports and early-bird analytics – on their smartphone or tablet.
