Also, the user interface can be matched to the corporate design, and lifecycle settings for deleting and archiving portals can be saved in the system. The all-encompassing management and project manager dashboards provide great support for managing projects with SharePoint.” Colleagues can collect logs, schedules, contact information, and documents in virtual team and project rooms so all data relating to the project is available with a few clicks. Access rights can be managed reliably to facilitate coordination among staff members at diverse hierarchic levels and with customers and suppliers. All confidential information is protected. In addition, customer-specific templates can be integrated into xReach.collaboration.
